Smoothie with raspberries, blueberries & chia seeds

Ingredients for 1 large glass (about 400 ml):

• 150 g raspberries
• 100 g blueberries
• 1 banana
• 2 tbsp chia seeds
• 250 ml almond milk

Preparation:

1. Wash the raspberries and blueberries.
2. Add to the blender along with the banana, chia seeds and almond milk.
3. Now mix until you get a creamy mass. You can decide whether it is a bit thick or thin by adding a little more or less almond milk.

#Raspberries during pregnancy: Rich in vitamins C and E, folic acid, calcium, Potassium, magnesium, phosphate, but above all iron!

#Blueberries during pregnancy: Very rich in vitamins C, E and K, they also contain ß-carotene and folic acid as well as potassium, calcium and iron.
